Thank you to the California Coastal Commission for the Whale Tail Grant to fund this project. We would also like to thank local teachers Sarah Burstein and Lauren Fisher who have helped advise and pilot the teaching boxes and Cal Poly Humboldt student assistants Tava Lawrence for recording and editing the Ask a Scientists interviews and formatting the exhibit, Nick Consedine for making colors of carbon connections throughout the NHM, and Melissa Torres for helping detail our project alignment with the content standards.
